We are a new association and need your support to grow. Donations of any size are gratefully received. Your support helps us to offer more retreats each year at the lowest possible cost, build a thriving community, make teachings freely accessible, and, in the longer term, establish places where the early Buddhist practice can flourish for both monastics and laypeople.

How the money is managed.
The society is non-profit and non-commercial. Nobody owns it, and neither assets nor property can pass to members or any private person. The statutes require that spending be careful, moderate and frugal, that accounts be kept under Danish law, and that the annual accounts be approved by the general assembly.
Gifts given for a specific purpose are used for exactly that purpose. If you want your donation to go to something particular, say so in the message field or in an email to buddhistforening@gmail.com.
